Wednesday night I got a text from the lady I nanny for offering me her 4 tickets to the Suns game! Obviously I was so excited and took her up on that offer :) I invited my twin brother and dad (and obviously Jason)
The seats were great and apparently a lot of things were happening in the NBA that night that I should probably care about. Apparently Kobe's last game was going on and seats were starting at $1,000. Do you know what I could DO with $1000?!? Get a freaking nice stroller, that's what #mom
(Oh also just to clarify, we didn't go to Kobe's last game, that was just 1 thing I learned that was a big deal in NBA history that night.)
Oh also that shirt Craig is holding up there? They shot out like a million shirts to the audience and this one landed on an elderly guy in front of us who was SLEEPING. So Craig grabbed it haha the crowd was going nuts and being so loud so how he was sleeping, I don't know. But it was just funny because everyone was grabbing at the air as shirts came down trying to get one and this guy who was basically unconscious literally had a shirt land on him without even trying.
The real reason I love sporting events. Especially Wetzles. They kill me and I love them even though they are soooo overpriced at games, it was worth every penny. I dropped my cheese on the ground (v tragic) and Jason gave me his!! What a hero!
So something so sad is my dad never learned how to smile in pictures!! Poor guy never got taught I guess ;) haha we asked the stranger person to keep taking pictures until dad smiled and this was the best we got! We're working on it. It was really fun to spend time with my brother while he was in town and I know him and J and dad loved the game! The Suns WON! Which is apparently also a surprise because I guess they have not been doing good this season. So that was cool! Thank heavens for Friday!!! Happy weekend, guys! :)
