Exactly 4 more weeks until baby is here!! Well, her DUE date is in 4 weeks from today but she might just come sooner (or later, who knows!) Mostly my main "symptom" or whatever you'd like to call it is being tired a lot. Baby girl is doing lots of last minute growing so I can understand the tiredness and I welcome a nap so it's cool. Belly is getting bigger still and she is moving all the time so I think she is trying to figure out how to break out of there. I don't blame her, I want her to break out, too! Jason and I are officially at the point where we decided we are ready whenever she is (you hear that, baby? Come whenever you're all healthy and ready, k??) Also- still haven't decided on a name! She will probably be named at the hospital!
The other day I went swimming and tried to pull myself out of the pool on the side and I was surprised that it was actually really hard, haha. With this extra weight working real well with gravity, I had to try like 3 times to actually pull myself out! Everyone keeps asking me if I'm super hot here and honestly, I feel like Arizona is just hot, pregnant or not! I stick to being inside mostly anyways so I mostly just notice the heat if I walk outside into this blow dryer I call home ;)
4th of July was perfect! We spent the day at Jason's parent's house with all the other families and swam, ate, played, napped, ate more, and watched fireworks. I love spending time over there, especially with everyone there, and Dave + Denise (my inlaws) never disappoint with food. Dave made ribs, but then wasn't sure if someone would want steak, so he made that too, then threw on chicken and fish because someone might want those! It was all so good!!
Later that night J and I started driving to a fireworks show and turned around to snag a blanket from his parents house to sit on. When we drove back, there were a few families set up in the park next to his house and it looked like someone was going to do a fireworks show! We went in and told everyone and we all just decided to stay and watch. The people in the park had about $1500 worth of legit fireworks so it was honestly perfect! No crowds and we were super close to the show, win win! A cop came by and didn't really shut it down but kind of said he was just doing his job by letting the people know technically they can't be lighting legit fireworks in a park but when he left, the show went on haha. Jason, Dave, and Ian (brother in law) were little sweeties and stayed late to prime our crib for the final white coat so we can put it up!! You guys, baby girl will be HERE to sleep in that crib so soon and it doesn't even seem real!! We can't wait :)
